When to order VBS shirts.
Most churches run VBS in July or August. Approve your proof at least 3 weeks before your first day: production takes about 10 business days, and the extra time covers shipping and late registrations. Ordering in May or early June keeps it calm.

When should we order VBS shirts?
Approve your proof at least 3 weeks before VBS starts. Production takes about 10 business days after the proof is approved, and the extra time covers late registrations.
Do you have youth sizes?
Yes. Youth XS to XL and adult XS to 3XL, so kids and volunteers can be in the same order.
Can we use our VBS theme artwork?
Yes, if your church has permission to print it (check your kit's licence). Send the files and we prepare them for printing. We can also create an original design with you.
Can kids and leaders have different colours?
Yes. One design on two or more colours is common, so kids can spot a leader right away.
Can parents buy a matching shirt?
Yes. Open a free church store where families order and pay online, and pick up at church. The church can keep a markup as a fundraiser.
How do we pay?
Orders are paid in full when you approve your estimate, by e-transfer, EFT or credit card through Square. Printing starts once it is paid.
