Does the portal cost anything?
No. The portal is free for every church. You only pay for your shirts. If you'd like us to create or refine your artwork, that shows up as a design fee on your estimate.
Is there a minimum order?
Fundraiser stores have no minimum at all. For group orders, tell us roughly how many people you're outfitting and we'll find the right fit.
How long does an order take?
About 10 business days from the moment you approve your proof. Rush orders are ready in 5 business days for an extra 25%.
Can you design it for us?
Yes. Send us your logo, a verse, or just an idea, and we'll create the design with you.
How do we pay?
Orders are paid in full when you approve your estimate, by e-transfer, EFT or credit card through Square. You can add your PO number, and tax-exempt organizations are supported.
Do you work with Planning Center?
Yes. Connect it once and your events and sign-ups appear in the portal, with sizes counted. OTTM only reads from Planning Center and never stores your members' names. How the Planning Center integration works.
