When should we order for summer camp?
Approve your proof at least 3 weeks before camp starts. Production takes about 10 business days, and the extra time covers shipping and late sign-ups.
Can you pack shirts by cabin?
Yes. Orders can be packed by cabin, group or staff team, and every shirt can carry its person's name.
Do you work with Planning Center?
Yes. Connect it once and your events and sign-ups appear in the portal with sizes counted. OTTM only reads from Planning Center, never changes anything there, and never stores your members' names. How the Planning Center integration works.
Can families order extra camp gear?
Yes. Open a camp store where families order and pay online. Everything is printed together when the store closes, with no minimum.
How do we pay?
Orders are paid in full when you approve your estimate, by e-transfer, EFT or credit card through Square. Printing starts once it is paid.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, across Canada and to the USA, shipped from Ontario with no customs to worry about for Canadian camps.
